Do YOU hold yourself accountable for your flaws and triggers? Of course we are good at pointing out others but do you know yours? I know mine and I know my triggers but it took years of self re-flection and on some days I’m still triggered and it happens….Facing your own stuff will teach you too that you have to surround yourself in environments that help protect you better from your triggers….it helps with managing them and we all have stuff we can work on but I think sometimes we take the focus off the work that we can do and focus a lot on others…Even when we feel like the victim. So then what can YOU do to protect YOU and what can YOU do differently. Put some of your focus and energy into YOU my friend. It’s something about self awareness!!! *literally saying yesss* LOL! When you are aware of your own stuff, you become different and everything around you becomes different. When you start to work on your own flaws it really just teaches you how to get in touch with yourself. It helps you to love on you. Then you’ll start walking different, talking different, attracting different, realizing more and becoming more aware of soooo much. I challenge you to focus more on you and put in the work. Whatever that may be for you! For me these days I’m exercising, going to therapy, getting my facials, massages. Oh and I’m meditating, sitting with myself or even having fun with loved ones. I’m also always looking for new experiences. The most important part is being able to sit with yourself!!! and remember we can only change ourselves ❤️
