Becoming my best self

For me becoming my best self is a lifelong journey and I’m continuously perfecting that. I’m not perfect on this journey but I’m committed.


Busy and tired but showing up

Life is a lot right now. I’ve got a million things going on, and Lord knows my brain is all over the place 😂

But I’m proud of myself I’ve been consistently moving my body, even on the weekends. My job gives us an hour to come in late or leave early three days a week, and honestly, that put some pep in my step.

Even with everything going on, I’ve kept showing up. I take Sundays and at least one or two weekdays as rest days. I’m also almost a month in with no junk food. That’s big for me. I’ve been leaning into discipline, not perfection. I feel this growing desire to pour into myself more and more.

It’s been helping me mentally, physically, and spiritually. When I finish a workout or make a better choice, I feel like I can take on the world. Some days, I really don’t want to do anything. I feel tired, unmotivated, over it. But I show up anyway, and I always feel better after.
